Responsible Gaming
General Information
Gaming at 7gear should always be treated as entertainment. Gambling must never be viewed as a guaranteed source of income, an investment, a solution to financial difficulties or a way to recover previous losses.
Before playing, decide how much time and money you are prepared to spend. Only use funds you can afford to lose and regularly review your deposits, wagers, losses and session duration.
You should consider taking immediate action if you:
- spend more money than you can afford;
- repeatedly attempt to recover losses;
- find it difficult to stop playing;
- borrow money to gamble;
- hide your gaming activity from others;
- neglect work, family or personal responsibilities;
- experience stress or anxiety because of gambling.
7gear provides several responsible gaming tools, including personal limits, cooling-off periods, session restrictions and self-exclusion.
Personal Limits
Personal limits allow you to control different aspects of your account activity. You may set restrictions on deposits, losses, wagers and the amount of time spent playing.
A request to reduce a limit will normally take effect immediately. An increase may be subject to a waiting period or additional confirmation. This measure is intended to prevent impulsive decisions.
Please contact the 7gear support team if you require assistance with configuring your limits.
Deposit Limit
A deposit limit controls the maximum amount you can add to your account within a day, week or month.
Loss Limit
A loss limit controls the maximum amount you can lose within a day, week or month.
The calculation may be based on your original deposited funds rather than winnings subsequently added to your balance. For example, if you deposit 50, set a loss limit of 10 and later win 1,000, you may still be able to lose more than 10 from the total balance because the limit is calculated using the initial deposit.
Wager Limit
A wager limit controls the maximum total amount you can stake within a day, week or month.
Cooling-Off Period
A cooling-off period allows you to temporarily suspend your gaming activity for a selected period.
While the restriction is active, you will not be able to make new deposits or participate in promotional offers. You may still be able to withdraw your available funds, subject to the applicable verification and payment procedures.
The cooling-off period takes effect immediately after activation. Your account may be automatically reactivated once the selected period ends.
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion allows you to block access to gaming services for a definite or indefinite period.
Once activated, your player account will be disabled and you will be unable to place wagers, make deposits or participate in promotional offers. Any withdrawal request will be processed in accordance with the applicable security, verification and payment requirements.
A temporary self-exclusion may end automatically once the selected period expires, subject to the terms and procedures of 7gear.
Session Limit
A session limit allows you to control the amount of time you spend playing.
The restriction becomes effective immediately. When the selected time limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out of your account. Further access will be subject to the restriction you have selected.
Self-Exclusion by Request
You may ask the 7gear support team to block your access to gaming services for a definite or indefinite period.
After self-exclusion has been activated, reasonable measures will be taken to prevent access to your account and stop promotional communications.
If funds remain in your account, contact the 7gear support team for information about the withdrawal process. Identity, security and compliance checks may be required before any remaining balance can be paid.
Active self-exclusion does not exempt a player from any verification procedure required to process funds.
Where self-exclusion is indefinite, the remaining balance will be handled in accordance with the account limits and payment rules of 7gear. Where self-exclusion is temporary, the remaining funds may be processed during or after the exclusion period, depending on the applicable requirements.
External Support
If you believe that you are losing control of your gambling behaviour, consider seeking assistance from an independent organisation specialising in gambling-related harm.
Independent support organisations may provide confidential advice, self-assessment tools, counselling and assistance for both players and their families.
Protection of Minors
7gear services are available only to individuals who have reached the legal gambling age in their country or jurisdiction. Under no circumstances may this age be lower than 18.
7gear uses reasonable age and identity verification measures to prevent minors from registering or playing. Proof of identity or age may be requested at any time. If a player has not reached the applicable legal age, access to the services will be immediately denied or suspended.
Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor the online activity of minors and secure all devices, player accounts and payment methods.
Parental-control software and content-filtering tools may also help prevent minors from accessing gambling platforms.
